I am a Women, Yes and I am too proud of it too. I have attitude, intelligence and beauty inherited from my MOM and my DAD. And yes, if that is not all, I have my own self esteem and self respect which I can never compromise with. All these words seem to be too loud and vague but they are TRUE. I am born and brought up with same or extra care as all boys are. But, why do you forget it when we enter your house leaving our nest after 25 yrs. You want kids or rather we want kids but more specifically your family wants a baby boy. We work as we have gained same qualification and sitting at home is not considered such a good option.We nurse kids and bring them up with all emotions and strong head but when anything goes wrong, we are the ones to be blamed. I ask, WHY ? You never had a role in his/her upbringing or was it only us who played this role, if yes, then you have no right blaming us. I personally feel, a women can never be wrong.She thinks from HEART. India has grown in various ways but the mentality on Boys and girls empowerment still remains a question to be answered. Today, when we hear of a RAPE, the first question arises, WHAT TIME, WHICH PLACE, CIRCUMSTANCES and after all the diggings and investigation, WHAT the hell was she doing there ? I ask, it is moral rights gained by guys to roam anywhere and anyhow and women to just sit at home and obey your rules.
Till today, I feel so sad on the DEC'16 2012 DELHI GANG RAPE case victim. I can't even dare to think of all she went through that very horrible night and days after the incident. May god rest her soul in peace. If something needs a change, it is our mentality on women. We, new generation must make it a point to em-bide all right values and right thinking in our Boys. It is not such a difficult task and it only evolves from childhood.
